My career began with leading roles in some of the most prestigious real estate firms in Bangladesh, including Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd, Building Technologies & Ideas Ltd (BTI), Navana Real Estate Ltd, and Rangs Properties Ltd. In 2008, I joined Attic Developments Ltd. as a Promoting Shareholder and served as the Managing Director, where I led the company to become one of the most recognized names in the sector through strategic planning, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation.

Later, I founded SNZ Construction Concept & Properties Ltd., which successfully delivered numerous residential and commercial projects across Dhaka. These accomplishments stand as a testament to my commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Now, with a renewed vision and a foundation of proven expertise, I have established SNZ Developments & Construction Ltd. as a new venture—driven solely under my ownership—to take our legacy even further. This company is dedicated to setting new benchmarks in urban development, sustainable design, and modern living.
